Mayor Daley is a three-piece (guitar, bass, drums, and vocals) from Chicago, Illinois. Their current material features mechanically layered circular rhythms punctuated by abrupt, often stubborn, time changes. Songs shift layer-by-layer, from active up- tempo rhythms, into open creschendos. Accompanied by non-communicative vocal bouts of hiccups and warbles, frantic percussive fragments skip abruptly into tense minimal drones. The End Times Festival will be Mayor Daley's fourth live performance.
